About Pioneer
Pioneer is a program initiated by Kent State's Division of Information Services in the fall of 2017 with the goal of improving technology at Kent State through the voice of the user. After all, the technology is being developed for you. Sign up to make your voice heard!
How does it work?
Once you sign up to be a Pioneer, you will have the opportunity to engage with a variety of applications. You simply use the product, try it out, and test all of its key functions. You will also have the opportunity to provide input through short surveys and studies.
And most importantly, you do not need to be tech-savvy to participate! We want to hear from a wide variety of people testing our products!
